About Us

EPC Options was established in 2009 following the introduction of Energy Performance Certificates in Scotland.

The company was formed by Neil McCreath MRICS, an honours graduate from Heriot-Watt University and a former Jones Lang LaSalle Surveyor.

After becoming a fully qualified MRICS Chartered Surveyor in 2008, Neil established EPC Options to react to the ever increasing demand for energy efficient commercial property by providing services which are not only now required by law, but which are also demanded by the modern owner and occupier of commercial property in today's market.

Neil is a fully qualified MRICS Chartered Surveyor and commercial property Energy Assessor, providing EPC’s, Action Plans and Display Energy Certificates.
